(Issha) Towada Oirase Tourism Organization Chairman Onoda Kinji

After working as a director of Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. and Coronet Co., Ltd., he has been a university professor since 2007. Professor at Osaka University of Tourism since 2019. Specializes in tourism human resource development, inbound tourism, events, etc. Since 2013, he has been in charge of a project leader for tourism human resource development projects for working adults of the Ministry of Education and the Japan Tourism Agency. He has been the chairman of the Kanko Koshien Executive Committee since 2015. It is the core of this DMO organization and is working to promote tourism marketing, human resource development, and profitable businesses.

Otetsutabi Co., Ltd. /Mr. Rumi Iida in charge of new business and local government cooperation

Born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. After graduating from a university in Yamanashi, he returned to his hometown Hamamatsu City, worked for 6 years at a public and private intermediate support organization, then worked as a coordinator for the “agricultural cooperation” project that Shizuoka Prefecture is working on, and is currently in his current position. Currently, they are in charge of new businesses and local government cooperation at Otetsutabi, and by collaborating with various players (companies/local governments) centering on utilization of Otetsutabi, they work on solving essential issues and creating value that go beyond matching people and regions.
